Burst pipe
Plumbing Inspection & Repair Report Upon inspection, it was found that a leaking copper water pipe had previously been repaired using rubber tape as a temporary measure. This type of repair is not a permanent solution and is not suitable for long-term use, as it can fail and cause further water damage. The damaged section of the copper pipe was removed and replaced with new piping and fittings. The new installation was pressure tested, and no leaks were detected. The water supply was restored, and the plumbing system is now operating correctly.

The damaged brass strainer was isolated and removed. A new brass strainer was installed, all connections were sealed and tightened, and the water supply was restored. The installation was pressure tested and inspected for leaks.
